Returns & Refunds

Each JKM Designs piece is handcrafted to order from natural wood. Because of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Custom orders: All custom or personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

Natural wood variation: Please note that grain patterns, color, and character marks in natural wood are not considered defects — they are what make each piece unique.
